Eleon Group of Companies is composed of two (2) different companies that specialize in geological, mining and engineering services in the Philippines.

Owner, Eleon Group of Companies
Elvin De Leon is a licensed Geologist with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has an experience in some of the geological studies such as geological mapping, core logging and drilling, resource estimation, geotechnical investigation, geological and geohazard assessments, sanitary landfill assessment, hydrogeological studies, GPR survey, geo- resistivity survey, offshore seismic survey and bathymetric survey.
He has also knowledge and experience with the different onshore and offshore mineral explorations as well as in the processing and securing of several environmental and mining permits as compliance with the Philippine Mining Act (RA 7942), Toxic Substances & Hazardous & Nuclear Wastes Control Act (RA 6969), Philippine Clean Water Act (RA 9275), Philippine Clean Air Act (RA 8749), Environmental Impact Statement System (PD 1586).
Eleon Geological and Mining Consulting Services
Our company was established and duly registered in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on February 8, 2022 which specializes in geological and mining consulting services in the Philippines.
Our group is composed of different professionals such as Geologists, Geophysicists, Mining Engineers, Geodetic Engineers, Environmental Specialists, GIS Specialists and other support personnel that have extensive experience in the various fields of environmental science, geology, geophysics and mining.
Our company is committed to conduct geological and hydrogeological surveys, geophysical surveys, environmental studies, mineral exploration as well as to assist the clients in the processing and securing of various environmental and mining permits in the Philippines.

Eleon Engineering Services
Our company was established and duly registered in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on July 30, 2023 which specializes in different fields of engineering work in the Philippines.
Our group is composed of different professionals such as Civil Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Master Electricians, Sanitary Engineers, Master Plumbers, Mechanical Engineers, Geodetic Engineers and other support personnel that have extensive experience in the various fields of engineering works.
Our company is committed to conduct land surveying, mechanical works including car repair and maintenance, electrical works and preparation of engineering plans and designs for construction.
